This is a precisely molded, sturdy and ready to use, plastic alignment tool.  With the increasing speed of readers it is critical that every CD label be applied evenly, smoothly and exactly centered.  This applicator does that.  It easily and accurately applies labels to most the popular formats including 61mm X 80mm, 63mm X 80mm rounded end cards, rectangular cards and the 80mm Mini-Disk.  Operation is simple!  Place the label on the top applicator hub, align the card with the positioning slide mechanism and close the applicator.  That's all there is to it - perfectly labeled cards every time. The VS450 is a fully automated solution for accurately applying printable and pre-printed labels to 120mm and 80mm CDs, DVDs and CD-R Business Cards.

By placing blank Kyso IJ-Gloss or IJ-Velvet labels on blank CD's you can create the optimum printing surface for direct-to-surface printing.  Better than any printable surface on the market.  The fact that they dry instantly means no smudging or smearing and the savings associated with reduced cycle time is significant to say the least.  The VS450 is highly accurate and places labels on a disks at the rate of 1,600 per hour  Labels are placed to a tolerance of +/- .001".  For specifications, pricing, delivery information or video clip, on CD of the machine in action contact us.
